Joe and Lynne Campbell are the owners and Charter Brokers of Carefree Yacht Charters. They welcome the opportunity to guide you through the entire process of selecting the ideal yacht and crew for you and your group.

Joe and Lynne have been booking Caribbean sailing vacations since 1994. Between them, they possess 32 combined years in the charter industry.

They owned and operated one of the most successful crewed yachts in the Virgin Islands and Caribbean for 12 years. During this time frame they completed over 300 week-long charters in these waters. They are current PADI Dive Instructors and served as such on thousands of dives each. In fact, due to client requests Joe and Lynne still serve as crew aboard their own select charters to this day.

Joe and Lynne understand chartering from all sides of the business: as yacht owners, crew, and as professional Charter Brokers. They have an intimate knowledge of the destinations they offer and the yachts they recommend. They are your expert source for a Caribbean yacht charter.

In addition, Lynne Campbell is an Associate member of CYBA, the professional Charter Yacht Brokers Association, whose Members meet extensive requirements to qualify for membership, subscribe to CYBA’s strict code of ethics, and inspect yachts and interview crews on a regular basis.

Why Colorado? In 2005, the Campbell's chose Colorado as their next full time base and "anchorage". While the land-locked state obviously doesn't offer a yachting scene, it does offer the active mindset, plus an abundance of outdoor activities and natural beauty that were a necessity after 12 years of life aboard a charter yacht in the Virgin Islands. Add an internet connection, fax, and phone to the mix and Colorado soon became the perfect location from which to book extraordinary yacht charters.
